The Assembly GOP released this parody video on July 25th because it’s “Christmas in July,” Save Jerseyans.
I shouldn’t share it because my strongest opinion of all is that “My Favorite Things” is NOT a Christmas song. Not in July, and most definitely not in December. But I will anyway; some of the FY 2024 budget’s pork spending is so ridiculous that it can only be explained in an equally ridiculous jingle…
“While the graphics and voices generated for the lyric video are artificial, the $1.2 billion gut punch to taxpayers is real,” the caucus’s press shop explained in an accompanying press release.
