Orsted pulled the plug on its “Ocean Wind One” project last October, and the Vineyard Wind debacle has soured the public on offshore wind farms as summer 2024 nears its conclusion. But the Biden (and Murphy) administrations haven’t given up on their plans to litter the East Coast with costly and dangerous turbines.
