We still don’t know why law enforcement allowed Donald Trump to take the stage in Butler, Pennsylvania and, in so doing, he nearly lost his life.
Even Donald Trump’s wife isn’t convinced that we know the truth of what happened in the lead-up to one of the most fateful moments in recent American history. The former first lady posted a 34-second video on Tuesday via her X account in which she questions the official narrative arising from the “horrible, distressing experience” of her husband’s near-assassination.
“…the silence around it feels heavy,” said Trump. “I can’t help but wonder: why didn’t law enforcement officials arrest the shooter before the speech? There is definitely more to the story, and we need to uncover the truth.”
