Earlier this week, freshman Assemblyman Paul Kanitra (R-Ocean Co.) explained the stakes during a State House hearing.
“Wind Energy still sucks. It’s costing you and your family a hell of a lot of money and the state of NJ still keeps stupidly throwing all of their budget and resources at it instead of investing in what’s actually powering this state,” Kanitra said after the hearing. “I gave the State House Commission a piece of my mind today as they allocated more state land access for this debacle.”
Kanitra, who formerly served as mayor of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, also explained the synergy between exploding electric bills and the Murphy Administration’s investment in “green” technologies at the expense of more reliable energy sources.
