Donald Trump and his new vice president, J.D. Vance of Ohio, will take their oaths of office today at Noon and officially usher in a new era of American politics. Due to extreme weather conditions, the ceremony has been moved inside the Capitol Rotunda for the first time since 1985 when (appropriately) Ronald Reagan began his own second term as president.
