With only one week left to go before Primary Day 2025, President Donald Trump will host a tele-rally for Jack Ciattarelli on Monday night, June 2nd at 7:00 PM.

President Trump endorsed Ciattarelli, the 2021 nominee, back on May 12th in a Truth Social post. Ciattarelli was already leading public and private polling by double digits statewide but a formal nod from the White House likely turned arch-rival Bill Spadea’s uphill climb into a near impossibility. In the ensuing weeks, Spadea himself accused the president of being fooled by polling while one supporter – the son of General Michael Flynn – suggested that the Trump campaign had been bribed.
It’s obviously unknown what President Trump will say other than to reiterate his support for Ciattarelli’s gubernatorial campaign; for example, some expect that he may address the Spadea camp’s decision to launch an 11th hour ad falsely implying that Spadea, and not Ciattarelli, had POTUS’s endorsement.
Telephone townhalls and rallies have increased in popularity in recent years as a relatively cost effective alternative to large-scale in person events with VIPs. It’s likely that thousands – or even tens of thousands – of New Jersey voters will participate.
