They’re doing it again.
Unsatisfied with having been rebuked by a judge for illegally manipulating the ballot, Save Jerseyans, the ethically challenged Gloucester County Democrats are now running false advertisements.
Check out the ads for Commissioner candidates Tom Bianco and Frank DiMarco, boasting about “the best EMS response rate in the state.“
By what metric? Good question.
EMS response time is a publicly kept statistic which is posted monthly by the New Jersey Department of Health. The state recommended response time is less than 15 minutes. Gloucester’s average response time is sixteen minutes… failing expectations. One minute might not seem like much, but it can be critical if you or a loved one are suffering a heart attack or some other medical emergency.
“Democrats are back at it – manipulating voters with deceptive ads to try and hold on to their political power,” explained Gloucester County GOP Chairman Adam Wingate in reaction to this latest ad campaign. “DiMarco voted twice to make it more expensive to call an ambulance – and now he’s lying to us about EMS response times. It’s shameful.”
South Jersey Democrats are bracing for a potentially tough year in Gloucester, a reddening county which Trump narrowly won in 2024 and Jack Ciattarelli won in a landslide in 2021. Control of the commissioner board AND four Assembly seats are on the line this cycle in a county that was once a bedrock of the notorious Democrat Machine led by George Norcross III and his lieutenant, ex-Senate President steve Sweeney.
