Here’s your least surprising news of the day after, Save Jerseyans:
Governor-elect (barf) Mikie Sherrill suggested to reporters on Wednesday that she plans to leave the “Immigrant Trust Directive” largely undisturbed. Her Republican opponent ran on dismantling the policy which prevents LEO’s from cooperating with federal immigration authorities.
Sherrill consistently tried to avoid giving a direct answer on Sanctuary Statehood during the campaign:
