“40 Years of Flushing”

By Matt Rooney | The Save Jersey Blog

The New Jersey Republican State Committee (NJGOP) continued its mail campaign this week against former Governor and long-time incumbent state Sen. Dick Codey (D-27), Save Jerseyans. He’s receiving a tough challenge in a redistricting-altered battleground from attorney Lee Holtzman.

This latest offering is a tongue-in-cheek look at Codey’s tenure under the State House’s dome… or wasting our money in one of its many bathroom stalls. Perspective depending.

  1. It should be close, but Bob Gordon should win now that the GOP brand is further tarnished with most polls blaming them for the shutdown. That should carry at the state level. The always couth Christie said in the past he "Can't stand Gordon". well he may have to live with him, now that Christie has stated he needs to watch what he says with the election so close.
