Rachel Maddow and the MSNBC cartel is working hard to make something, anything, out of the Bridgegate scandal that led to the resignations of Bill Baroni and the artist formally known as Wally Edge.
The one liberal that’s more insufferable than Miss Maddow – Loretta Weinberg – joined her on Monday night to demand that Congress take a bat to Chris Christie over the affair:
Sen. Weinberg plans to burp out a resolution last this week imploring Congress to investigate the NY/NJ Port Authority. She’s staying true to character; the “feisty grandma” who ran with Corzine in 2009 as his LG selection wanted to investigate Governor Christie’s helicopter usage and out-of-state travel, too. It’s kind of her purpose in life.
Now I’m anxiously looking forward to Weinberg’s next resolution calling upon Congress to probe the Delaware River Port Authority… cue the Jeopardy waiting music…
