While we wait for Steve Sweeney’s Senate to act on the Assembly’s 10-round magazine bill, Save Jerseyans, I think it’s absolutely worthwhile for #2A supporters to do two things:
- Contact Governor Christie, and
- Circulate the following video of Asm. Michael Patrick Carroll arguing against the legislation’s passage from the Assembly floor last week.

Carroll is correct, of course but he is talking to deaf ears from people who simply do not care of the consequences. Their ends justify the means regardless who innocently suffers. What Carroll should include is the truth; by making the innocent into criminals, they will meet their goal in erasing the Second Amendment from our Constitution by shear fear of prosecution. With the likes of anti-constitutionalists like Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Breyer, Kagan, and the anti-gun Kennedy, with Roberts reluctant to declare passed legislation unconstitutional. we can expect little relief from our loss of constitutionally guaranteed freedoms.
The Left always asks why you would need a 30 rnd Magazine. The following video is the best answer I’ve found so far.
