There are three dominant camps in the modern Democrat Party when it comes to the plight of Israel, Save Jerseyans:
1 – Those who straight-up hate Jews;
2 – Those who are so ideologically liberal and morally relativistic that they’re also reflexively anti-war/colonialism/military; the end result is unthinking, unsubstantiated and automatic opposition to the militarily-superior participant in any conflict regardless of any other considerations; and
3 – Those who, frankly, are naive and dumb enough in equal measure to believe that humanity can “Care Bear stare” its way out of any conflict with sufficiently positive social media activism.
I’ve seen no evidence that Cory Booker (D-Twitter) shares anything other than a party registration (which is bad enough) with group #1; as for camps #2 and #3, however, it’s obvious enough to anyone paying attention that our state’s celebrity junior center is living in a different reality from the rest of us (and certainly the poor citizens of Israel who weather a daily barrage of rocket fire).
This is the MOST substantive quote I could find from him on the subject tangentially related to Gaza:
“We have just enough religion to make us hate, but not enough to make us love one another.” ― Jonathan Swift

Wow. Thanks for that, Senator.
It’s not for lack of opportunity. He’s had plenty of time in recent days for tweeting, selfies and, of course, fundraisers for Democrats but he’s avoided each and every chance to comment on the Middle East.
But I guess in this respect he’s no different than his hero President Obama, right? They’re concerned with their “transformative” domestic agenda and that’s it. We’ve seen hundreds of tweets from Cory on “equal pay,” anti-bullying and a number of other issues which, regardless of how you feel about them, aren’t as consequential as war, peace, and an economy that’s going to leave the next generation worse off than the one immediately preceding it for the first time in U.S. history. Unfortunately, matters of war and peace get in the way of socializing medicine and instituting gender-neutral bathroom in national parts (or whatever other wacky initiative that’s trending on Twitter at any given time).
So in their minds, I guess, why worry about it? Maybe it’ll go away if we just ignore it?
#YOLO!
Don’t try to defend them. Their records condemn both men more effectively than I ever could. They’re more pathetic than evil, folks, but the end result is the same. Little good it does any of us in search of a serious voice representing us in the halls of power.
We’ve also seen many FB posts of similar substance to Booker’s “equal pay,” “anti-bullying,” etc. from my Congressman, Frank Pallone, but nothing of substance. How these clowns keep winning is beyond me.
Sadly, given NJ’s blue situation, we will likely be stuck with this individual for another 6 years.
“the poor citizens of Israel” “plight of Israel” Open your eyes, you Zionist hack
Booker’s a Zionist piss boy just like yourself
