Christie urges override of “humiliating” and “dangerous” Iran deal

By Matt Rooney | The Save Jersey Blog

christie militaryThe Iranian deal is done, Save Jerseyans, and condemnation of it is coming hard and fast from the Right and the Left, too. But will there be enough Democrat legislators wary of the new Persian nuclear empire’s deceptions to override a presidential veto?

One of the GOP’s aspiring presidential contenders hopes so.

“After two years of humiliating concessions by President Obama, he has made his deal with Iran. He should have walked away,” Governor Chris Christie declared in a Tuesday morning statement obtained by Save Jersey. “Iran joins the sad list of countries where America’s red lines have been crossed. The president is playing a dangerous game with our national security, and the deal as structured will lead to a nuclear Iran and, then, a nuclearized Middle East. The deal threatens Israel, it threatens the United States, and it turns 70 years of nuclear policy on its head.  I urge Republicans and Democrats in Congress to put aside politics and act in the national interest. Vote to disapprove this deal in numbers that will override the President’s threatened veto.”

Foriegn policy for Christie is French Fries or Belguim Waffles or French toast! BTW the Middle East is already Nuclearized, I guess he was not briefed and we need a 60 inch XXl pair of Boxer Shorts in Trenton ASAP!
