Four counts tossed out in Menendez criminal case

menendezThere are still 18 counts pending, Save Jerseyans, but on Monday, U.S. District Judge William Walls threw out two of the bribery counts pending against each U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Florida Doctor Salomon Melgen.
