Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll (R-Morris) is doing some work over the election cycle recess.

The conservative North Jersey legislator announced on Wednesday, via social media, that he plans to introduce the following bill when the legislature reconvenes which, if adopted and signed, would outlaw certain actions and activities conducted while wearing a mask:

Michael Patrick Carroll

a. The black-clad, Molotov-throwing, mask-wearing protester look is most commonly associated with Antifa, the far-left Marxist group which is currently classified as a domestic terror organization in New Jersey.
