This is the district not just of GOP Assembly Leader Bramnick but also state Senator Tom Kean, Jr., the GOP Senate Leader. Tonight, however, the Democrats upset Republicans in their own backyard and seized the Westfield’s mayoral seat which, it appears, is contributing to trouble all over the ballot.
In many ways, this loss would be a bigger shock than Jen Beck’s LD11 defeat since LD21 wasn’t considered very competitive this time around.
