Bob Menendez is NOT a fan of the Second Amendment or certainly so-called “assault” weapons, Save Jerseyans.
“These military style weapons and their capacity magazines don’t belong on our streets,” Menendez told reporters earlier this month while watching a live-fire AR-15 demonstration. “You can have the Second Amendment but no privilege and right under the Constitution is unlimited.”
Of course, he’s decidedly less anti-AR 15 when one is protecting him.

I spoke to a gun-knowledgeable friend in the recreational shooting industry — Gun for Hire’s Anthony Colandro — who says it looks like an AR-15 with a 30 round magazine.
The New Jersey General Assembly passed A2761 on Monday, a bill which will ban magazines which hold more than 10 rounds.
To review: You can’t defend yourself but he can ’cause he’s got a fancy title and a taxpayer expense account.
Hypocrisy? Thy name is Bob!
