WASHINGTON, D.C. — Our nation’s most senior black statesman and judicial mind wasn’t amused by Cory Booker aka Spartacus’s antics during last week’s Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings:
“Honorable – if we could use that word about more people who are in public life, people who actually ask the questions at confirmation hearings, instead of ‘Spartacus’…”
It’s not just a Republican/conservative gripe. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the High Court’s senior liberal, is now on record, too, criticizing the “highly partisan” hearings.
