TRENTON, N.J. — New Jersey has earned another dubious distinction.

Its survey found 67% of moves concerning New Jersey involved residents headed elsewhere.

The Garden State uncoincidentally continues to boast the country’s worst overall tax climate and a correspondingly sluggish job market.
