TRENTON, N.J. – There’s a brand new twist in the ongoing saga which has engulfed Phil Murphy’s Schools Development Authority (SDA).
According to a new report, at least 10 individuals hired by embattled chief executive and state Democrat leaders Lizette Delgado-Polanco lacked basic qualifications for their respective positions.
