Phil Murphy is not one of those governors.

Morning Consult has released its 2019 second quarter polling results (and rankings) for all fifty U.S. governors. They also highlighted the 10 most and least popular state-level chief executives, respectively.
The 10 most popular are all Republicans.
The 10 least popular list is comprised of 3 Republicans and 7 Democrats; New Jersey’s Phil Murphy has a net approval rating of just +6 (44% to 38%) making him America’s 10th least popular governor.
