Is Murphy resurrecting his state bank idea to ease legalized N.J. weed’s path?

TRENTON, N.J. – There are rumors of a lame duck attempt to (once again) get legalized recreational marijuana through the state legislature. It also appears that Phil Murphy is once again moving forward with his campaign 2017 effort to establish a state bank.

Coincidence? Probably not.
