TRENTON, N.J. – Gender dysphoria isn’t in of itself very controversial. The notion that dysphoria dictates reality is. Serious science has never held that sex isn’t “assigned” at birth or simply a state of mind, but New York is moving to add new gender options to its jury documents. Is New Jersey next? Is there a rational argument for any of it?
