WASHINGTON, D.C. – A brand new Hill-HarrisX poll finds Joe Biden (31%) still leading the national Democrat field while New Jersey’s Cory Booker is far back with only 1% support. The former Vice President’s next closest competitor is Bernie Sanders with 15%.
