N.J. gas hits (another) new record high

Where’s the ceiling? God only knows, Save Jerseyans.

The average gallon of regular unleaded gasoline hit a new high on Monday, Save Jerseyans, reaching $4.472 in the Garden State. Motorists are paying the most at the pump in landlocked Somerset County: $4.559. It’s a massive increase from $4.105 just a month ago and $3.024 one year ago according to AAA.

Diesel hit a new peak of $6.213 on Sunday.

There’s a good chance that a gallon of gas will top $5.00 on average in the near future and it’s already there in some locations.
