After a very eventful week at the U.S. Supreme Court, this week’s guests will help us understand the major opinions and how the High Court’s opinions will impact our region:
- MIKE DONOHUE: The former Superior Court judge and current Cape May GOP Chairman will help Matt break down the past week’s major U.S. Supreme Court decisions including the Second Amendment case New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen; before leaving the bench, Donohue spent years as the “gun judge” for Atlantic and Cape May counties.
- SARAH PARSHALL PERRY: A senior legal fellow for the Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, Sarah will explain the implications of the Carson v. Makin ruling and its likely effects on the public education system and the school choice movement.
