Cumberland County, New Jersey is a majority non-white county that gave Joe Biden 52% of its vote share in 2020. Notwithstanding all of that, Republicans just took control of county government last Tuesday led by Mike Testa Jr., the GOP county chairman and state senator based in battleground Vineland.
