Bob Menendez is a lot of things, Save Jerseyans.
Among them? A hypocrite of the highest order (or lowest, depending upon your perspective). The senator stands accused of accepting bribes in exchange for transmitting sensitive information to Egypt among other alleged crimes.
Meanwhile, just a few short years ago, Menendez took to the Senate Floor to accuse Donald Trump of being a Russian asset.
“Of course, if we consider the possibility that the President is an asset of the Russian government, we then wonder whether he’s a witting or an unwitting asset,” Menendez pondered in February 2019. “On the one hand, it seems as though most of what President Trump does is unwitting.”
Menendez, who voted to impeach Donald Trump over the Russian hoax, had allegedly met with Egyptian official the year before his floor speech...
