REPORT: N.J. leads the nation in foreclosures

It’s a potentially grim portent for the new year as New Jersey families begin the holiday season.

According to ATTOM, a website which collects and shares real estate data, the Garden State presently tops the nation in foreclosures.

At the moment, 1 out of 4,380 homes in the United States is in the foreclosure process. In New Jersey, it’s 1 out of every 2,335 residential properties.

“The Murphy’s want you to put your trust in them for high office, while the company they both worked for, and others like it, are doing this to the homeowners of NJ,” opined Assemblyman Bob Auth (R-39), a vocal critic of the Murphy Administration’s policies.
