N.J. may remove terms “mother,” “father” from state documents

Elections have consequences, Save Jerseyans…

Emboldened by multiple GOP losses in the 2023 midterm cycle, Trenton Democrats are cranking out an ever-increasing volume of very far-Left legislative overtures. Bill A3622 was introduced on February 12th and referred to the (ironically, given the topic matter) “Assembly Women and Children Committee” for further consideration.

If it’s ever passed and signed into law, the legislation would require that “all blanks, forms, documents, and applications furnished to the public for official business by every State department, commission, committee, council, or agency using the terms ‘mother’ and ‘father’ shall be replaced with blanks, forms, documents, and applications using the term ‘parent or guardian.'”

There isn’t a Senate companion bill. Not yet. But Trenton is increasingly fertile territory for ideas born of the radical LGBTQ+-$@-etc. movement.

Carol Murphy (the sponsor) of LD7 is the Assembly Majority Whip and presently running as a candidate for Congress in NJ-03, but she just lost at the Burlington County Democrat nominating convention and therefore faces an uphill slog heading into the June primary… thank God! Not that the ultimate victor will be any better, of course. The entire Democrat Party has lost its collective mind.
