On Sunday night, Matt Rooney spoke to Mark Mitchell, head pollster for Rasmussen, who believes Kamala Harris likely “needs an act of God right now” to salvage her chances of winning the election. Mitchell also reviewed his most recent battleground results for Matt as well as some interesting data on pet ownership as an indicator of voter orientation.
