Donald Trump is on track to lose New Jersey by only 5-points, a state where no Republican presidential noninee has prevailed since 1988 and no other GOP candidate has come that close since 1992.
“Assault NJ, assault NY, assault CT… If you think that some state is a deep red or a deep blue, it’s an illusion of your mind… Assault the Mid-Atlantic,” pollster Rich Baris told Benny Johnson earlier this week upon evaluating the results.
