It’s not much but it’s something, Save Jerseyans.
on Wednesday, Governor Chris Christie signed S-3034/A-4458 which removes New Jersey’s blanket ban on the sale and possession of fireworks.
Going forward? Many sparkling devices, party poppers, snapper, glow-worms, smoke devices and similar novelties, notably sparklers, are now legal.
All explosive and aerial fireworks (firecrackers, sky rockets, bottle rockets, Roman candles and similar devices) are still illegal.
It’s also still illegal to sell sparklers to individuals under age 16.
