LONG BRANCH , NJ – A native of Guatemala living in the United States illegally stands accused of crimes including the first degree murder of a 16-year-old girl.
Prosecutors say the Saturday killing in Long Branch was perpetrated by stabbing.

Another recent Long Branch murder, that time at a restaurant, was allegedly committed by a man in the U.S. on an expired visa.
The deaths come at a time when New Jersey Democrats are considering giving driver’s licenses to illegal aliens residing in the Garden State; Governor Phil Murphy has long promised to make New Jersey a so-called “Sanctuary State.”
