Unaddressed, obvious mental illness. It’s the common thread every. single. damn. time with these so-called “mass shootings,” Save Jerseyans. Without fail. Unfortunately for our country, a complex society-wide mental health crisis is hard to politicize and therefore bad for business if you’re a click bait-driven media outlet or partisan political hack.
A hack like Cory Booker.

I’m willing to have a serious discussion about gun violence.
Cory Booker is not a ‘serious’ person.
President Trump stands accused of injecting race into our politics. Booker is a chief accuser:
The president is weak. And wrong.
White supremacy is not a mental illness, and guns are a tool that white supremacists use to fulfill their hate.

But there’s a rub. Booker’s own history of waging racially-tinged political warfare and even stoking the flames of violence is extensive and unrivaled among 2020 candidates. Just a few examples:
- In November 2016, Booker compared the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton to harassment endured by Martin Luther King, Jr.
- In March 2018, Booker demanded that the next head of the powerful New York Fed be non-white.
- In July 2018, Booker urged leftists to “get up in the face of some congresspeople”
- In October 2018, he infamously declared that then-Supreme Court candidate Brett Kavanaugh’s guilt or innocence didn’t matter to him.
- Prior to the confirmation, Booker insisted that ALL Kavanaugh supporters were ‘complicit with evil.’
- In March 2019, Booker declared that young white Americans are too rich.
- This April, Booker introduced a reparations bill in the U.S. Senate.
- Last month, Booker expressed his desire to punch the “elderly, out-of-shape” Trump.
The full list could fill a book.
Cory is the absolute last guy on the planet with the right to lecture anyone else on ‘overheated, unhelpful rhetoric.’
Arguably worse still, the Senator’s troubled tenure as Mayor of Newark is a textbook study of what NOT to do if stopping gun crimes is your goal.
Booker served as Newark’s mayor (at least in name) between 2006 and 2013. By 2012? The Brick City saw 95 homicides and no less than 3,220 violent crimes. In fact, violent crime spiked BIG TIME under Booker. He compounded the problem by laying off 167 police officers; in the last full year before those layoffs, overall violent crime rose 24%. Many, many New Jerseyans died while Cory Booker earned the nickname “absentee mayor.”
There are 330 million people in this country, Save Jerseyans.
329,999,999 are more qualified to crack the mass shooting conundrum than Cory Booker.
