It’s after midnight, Save Jerseyans, and until further notice, New Jersey’s red light cameras are NOT operational for lack of permission to do so from the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). Merry Christmas!
The only folks not thrilled about it? The private (and public) sectors folks who profited handsomely from them. Only coal in their stockings this year…

Let’s not mistake the wolf in sheeps clothing: they entice you with safety but it’s all about the REVENUE! How are we going to generate more $$$ to pay all these handsome salaries? Why doesn’t everybody just work for the State? The gimmick was good while it lasted!
