It’s been so long since we’ve heard one, Save Jerseyans…
This is a contrast worth remembering (especially when you consider how the economy has only grown 12.9% under President Obama’s stewardship in the 21 months since the recession hit its lowest point whereas it grew 28.4% over the same time frame, and following an equally brutal Carter-era downturn, under the late President Ronald Reagan):
You know what struck me the most about the visual in the video? Three competent adults – Reagan, Bush 41 and Tip O’Neill – running our government.
The difference between President Reagan and President Obama is that President Reagan focused on goals which were potentially achievable in Congress. President Clinton also did this. President Obama is discussing ideas which will not even be heard in committee. These proposals are dead on arrival.
Ronny was a terrible president. Stop praying for his second coming. It’s just sad.
