GOP Leaders React to Assm. Biondi’s Passing

Members of the Republican Caucus today issued statements on the passing of Assemblyman Pete Biondi (LD16):

DeCroce:

I am saddened to learn of the passing of our longtime friend and colleague Pete Biondi. Pete was a dedicated legislator who was committed to serving the needs of his constituents and their communities with honor and dignity. He was truly an example of what it means to serve. His many contributions to the Legislature will always be remembered. On behalf of the Assembly Republican caucus, I wish to express our sincere condolences to his wife, Joan, their children, and grandchildren.

Bramnick:

Pete will be truly missed by legislators on both sides of the aisle. His wealth of knowledge and experience were assets that can never be replaced. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who always put the needs of his family first.  I appreciated his friendship and was honored to serve with him in the Legislature.

Rible:

Pete’s life was dedicated to service. He was a tireless worker who shared his talents with everyone. Pete helped many people and organizations in his public life that benefitted from his wealth of knowledge and experience. His passing is a loss for all of us and I offer my sincerest sympathies to his wife and family.
