I hope you’ll all join me in wishing Assemblyman Jay Webber (R-Morris Co.) a happy 40th Birthday, Save Jerseyans.
The former NJGOP chairman has reached a major milestone in his life; strictly speaking, he’s no longer a “young” Republican as of today (sorry, Jay). Interestingly enough, he only gets to celebrate his birthday at all (February 29th) in leap years. That warrants an extra big piece of cake!
The Assemblyman has also been a very good friend to our Save Jersey community over the years. We rely not only on his consistent and articulate conservative leadership under the dome (particularly in the area of healthcare reform), but also upon his insightful, common sense, spin-free analysis off the floor. We continue to expect big(ger) things from him in the future.
Check out some of our past discussions with Jay from the Save Jersey archives: Feb. 2011 – May 2010 – Sept. 2009
And if you get a chance, head on over to his official Facebook page and leave a birthday message.
