Step 1: Get you and your buddies elected with labor union money.
Step 2: Send taxpayers’ stimulus cash overseas to foreign companies.
Step 3: Invest billions more in “shovel ready” projects.
Step 4: Raise taxes (and destroy private sector jobs in the process) to finance the aforementioned union-controlled, shovel ready “green jobs.”
Step 5: Tell the voters you’re creating jobs.
And for what kind of jobs are we paying? Well, it could be a company that digs holes. Then immediately fills them back in…

Let’s review: huge amounts of taxpayer money, approved by Democrats, poured into “shovel ready” projects recommended by local officials, the work for which is performed largely by Democrat donors and affiliated-groups.
