Kyrillos Camp Calls for Menendez to Release Travel Records Following Daily Caller Story

The mainstream media (except for the British papers ironically enough) have almost completely ignored this morning’s Daily Caller allegations. MMM cites one inside MSM source as claiming both the story and the media’s post-Sandy resources are “thin.”

Somehow I doubt a hurricane would keep them away from a hypothetical Christie/Romney/Ryan sex story but hey, whatever. We’ve come to expect this biased behavior by now, Save Jerseyans.

Joe Kyrillos’s U.S. Senate campaign is nevertheless trying to move the football down the field anyway; they issued the following statement earlier today:

Like the recent Secret Service sex scandal in Colombia, the allegations reported today are deeply disturbing and raise serious questions,” said Kyrillos Campaign Communications Director Meaghan Cronin. “Senator Menendez must do the right thing and help settle this matter by immediately releasing his schedule and travel documents from the time the alleged incidents occurred. The people of New Jersey deserve answers today.”

Kyrillos’s camp is referring to the fact that Senator Menendez had been a major critic of the Secret Service following its infamous Colombia sex scandal.
