AP Can Defuse North Korean Mess

While They’re Eliminating Labels Anyway, Why Stop at Domestic Concerns?

Trident II MissilePerception is power, Save Jerseyans.

The liberals in charge of the Associated Press (AP) know this, which is likely why its leadership has decided to “tells users that ‘illegal’ should describe only an action, such as living in or immigrating to a country illegally.” In other words, future reports from the world’s largest news agency will no longer refer to illegal immigrants as illegal immigrants. Got it?

And that’s not the only area where the AP is saving us from labels. Going forward, schizophrenics will be referred to as individuals “diagnosed with schizophrenia.” Got it.

My question: why stop there? Plenty of the world’s problems can be solved this way. Take the developing threat of nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.

The next time North Korea announces that it’s deploying missiles on its eastern seaboard within range of certain U.S. and allies installations, why refer to them as nuclear missiles? That only serves to alarm human beings within range and make the North Koreans feel bad about themselves. So instead of nuclear missiles, let’s call them “missile-shaped atom rearrangement gifts.” Or “giant metal presents that happen to contain fissile material.” Or “North Korean ice cream cones.”

The possibilities are endless! The hour is late and the stakes are high. Save us from ourselves, AP…
