Heads up: the last potential obstacle to Governor Chris Christie’s special senate election plan has been cleared, Save Jerseyans.
Chief Justice Stuart Rabner issued a one page notice this afternoon refusing to consider the plaintiffs’ petition seeking to overturn Christie’s time table. An appellate court panel had ruled against the plaintiffs last week.
The most disappointed individual right now wasn’t even a party to the suit. Her name is Barbara Buono… ever heard of her? Exactly.
