Governor Moves for Air Superiority

You heard it here first, Save Jerseyans:

Governor Chris Christie doesn’t just want to win this fall; he’s out for a crushing, signal-sending, presidential-campaign-propelling victory.

Air superiority! But unlike with our near-adventure in Syria, the GOP incumbent’s assault will be fully funded.

The Politico is reporting tonight that the Christie campaign is preparing to launch a $1.5 million statewide ad buy encompassing all television markets, radio markets and, in time, a substantial web ad campaign.

What a difference four years makes; by the end of Summer 2009, Jon Corzine had outspent Chris Christie on the airwaves by a nearly 10-to-1 margin. Those days are gone…

  1. Nothing like war metaphors and images of death machines for a job as NJ Governor and quite fitting for any GOP presidential run. I guess when it is a Democrat the helm the War Party is against it, but when it is our guy-bombs away.
