Governor Chris Christie is facing down the press corps beginning at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Save Jerseyans, continuing an administration media blitz intended to make the most out of an internal report which clears the Governor of any wrongdoing in both the Bridgegate and Sandygate scandals.
The first bombshell? NY-NJ Port Authority chieftain and long-time Christie ally David Samson has resigned. Effective immediately. The Governor also pledged to work with his New York counterpart, Gov. Cuomo, to restructure the Port Authority.
