You’ve heard what I have to say about the New Jersey Assembly’s absurdly-flawed assisted suicide bill, Save Jerseyans, so flawed in fact that one of the Democrat sponsors dropped off the Senate companion legislation.
Now it’s time for you to weigh in before the Senate posts a hearing and, maybe, Governor Christie is forced to make a veto decision:

Yes. It’s very difficult seeing a loved one suffer, knowing the end is near. If they could make that decision on their own terms they definitely should. If cost is the issue your talking about enough morphine to have someone fall asleep and not wake up is a fraction of what it costs to treat a terminal patient.

So, it’s an act of god to let someone who’s terminally ill languish in agony while dying a slow, painful death? I must say, you’re not painting a very pretty picture of your god.
