We occasionally take a moment away from hard political coverage to wish a happy birthday to our favorite elected officials and friends, Save Jerseyans, but today is a little extra special since it’s for an exceptionally solid conservative who only gets to celebrate his birthday once every four years.
Assemblyman Jay Webber (R-Morris) is 44 years old today having been born on February 29, 1972.
So happy 11th birthday, Jay! And many more to come.
