Friends and allies of the late Rick Rosenberg — the rising star N.J. GOP operative who managed Jack Ciattarelli’s 2017 gubernatorial campaign — are planning an early spring inaugural event benefiting the scholarship fund launched in Rosenberg’s memory.
The fundraiser “will be held at Ria Mar restaurant in South River on the evening of April 26th. More details to follow over the next few days. We’re hoping for a great turnout to celebrate Rick’s life, share fond memories, and raise scholarship money to benefit future aspiring political leaders in New Jersey,” said Chris Russell of Checkmate Strategies, a close friend and colleague of the deceased.
Rosenberg passed away suddenly in June 2017.
