LD38: Young Gun GOP Assembly ticket launches TV spot

Kazimir and Di Piazza

PARAMUS, N.J. – The LD38 GOP Assembly challengers are on television.

On Wednesday, the ticket of Paramus Councilman Chris DiPiazza and Rochelle Park Mayor Michael Kazimir launched a 45-second-long TV spot which takes direct aim at Phil Murphy.

“High taxes, more spending, our neighbors fleeing New Jersey. Radical Phil Murphy and Trenton Democrats only know two things: Raise our taxes and spend more of our tax dollars. We know there’s a better way,” says Di Piazza

The pair are challenged incumbent Democrat Assemblywoman Lisa Swain and Assemblyman Chris Tully.

It wasn’t too long ago that Republicans were super competitive in North Jersey’s LD38 battelground but the local party has yet to recover from voter registration changes and a disastrous 2015 cycle. Republican leaders hope millennial men-of-tomorrow like DiPiazza and Kazimir will help right the ship in coming cycles.
