Moorestown’s $26M school bond referendum defeated

MOORESTOWN, N.J. – A two-part school bond referendum failed on Tuesday in Moorestown.

The average impact was estimated at $160 per year for the average assessed home in the suburban Burlington County community. Each question failed by double-digits.

Here are the percentages (with absentees tabulated):

Question 1… Yes 42.98%, No 57.02%

Question 2… Yes 43.32%, No 56.68%
